From run-down to high-spec
We bought this run-down Victorian property in March 2024. Once it's fully transformed, we expect to triple its value.
Our plan is to convert this two-bedroom house into a high-standard HMO with exceptional living spaces for our future tenants: six bedrooms in all — four studios and two en-suite rooms.
To make the most of the space, we are adding a rear infill extension and converting the loft with an L-shaped dormer.
When it is finished, the property is projected to bring in a gross annual rent of around £52,000 — quality homes for tenants, and a strong return on the investment.
