Our story
Experience, trust and transparency
Aga Property is part of a trusted, family-run group of companies developing and refurbishing properties — for our own portfolio and for private investors.
We acquire properties and transform them into high-quality HMOs, and manage a growing portfolio of high-spec, professionally managed houses. Alongside that, we run serviced accommodation across the Midlands, delivering exceptional stays for short- and long-term guests.
Together we are directors of Aga Property Solutions Ltd, AR Property Solutions Ltd, Aga Estate Properties Ltd and LPS Stays Ltd, and proud co-owners of Investment Stone Ltd and AKA Property Partners Ltd.
